- Choose your usual size. If you are between two sizes, round up to the larger size. Example: If you are between M and L, choose size L.
- If your item does not fit, you can exchange it for another size free of charge by returning it to a parcel store. The exchange will be sent to you free of charge
- All orders are forwarded to the manufacturer for shipment within 24 hours of receipt of order.
- Items usually take between 5 and 9 working days to reach their destination after shipment.
- We believe in the quality of our products. That's why we offer 60 days free returns so you can shop with complete confidence.
Yes, as soon as your parcel has been dispatched (1 to 2 days later), you will receive an e-mail from us with the shipping information and a tracking link. You can see where your parcel is at any time.

- If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service as soon as possible to change or cancel it. If you cancel, we will refund the full amount of your order.
